BAD COMMON HABITS THAT DAMAGES OUR SKIN.

Many teenagers want to get a no-acne skin yet they practice some habits that does the opposite of what they want. These habits may include:

1. smoking :There are two important elements found in our skin which are collagen and elastin. These elements provides skin with strength and elasticity. Whoever smoke damages these two elements hence premature wrikles and loose skin.

smokers tend to have bad skin tone due to the reasons explained above.

2. Not washing your face before going to bed: Your face collects dirt,sweat,oil and dead skin . Skipping washing your face before going to bed may favour the odds that there will be presence of acne on your skin. Just because you can’t see dirt on your face doesn’t mean it’s not there.

3.Popping pimples: Many of us tend to pop pimples mainly located on our faces beacause we are barely able to resist the urge of popping them. We may also push the bacteria deep in our skin just by pressing on the pimples.

4. Sleeping on Dirty Pillowcases and bed sheets: Your pillowcase and bed sheets can collect oil, sweat, dead skin, and even hair products. If you don’t change it regularly, you’re basically pressing your face into bacteria every night. That’s a fast track to clogged pores and acne.

5. Diet Choices: What you eat affects your skin. Diets high in sugar, processed foods, and dairy have been linked to increased acne in some individuals. Your skin needs hydrating foods, healthy fats, and lots of fruits and vegetables to stay clear and balanced.stay hydrated for your skin’s health and good appearance.

After this , every teenager knows that the better way to have a clear skin is not a high usage of chemical products other than natural practices such as : not smoking,washing your face before bed,good diet choices,sleeping on clean pillowcase and bed sheets and practicing general hygiene among many other ways.
