  • 700g potatoes
  • 1/4 table spoon salt
  • 1 table spoon cheese powder (optional)
  • 1 table spoon chopped coriander
  • 3 table spoon corn flour

    Steps to Make Crispy French Fries:

    • Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
    • Boil: Place the potato strips in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    • Cool: Drain and let them cool. Then, refrigerate for 12 hours.
    • First Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 6 minutes.
    • Cool Again: Remove and let them cool for 30 minutes.
    • Second Fry: Fry the potatoes again for 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
    • Season: While still hot, toss the fries with salt, cheese powder, and chopped coriander.
