Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s company, Archewell Productions, is working with Netflix on a new short documentary titled Masaka Kids: A Rhythm Within. The film, directed by David Vieira Lopez and Moses Bwayo and co-produced with Campfire Studios and Wontanara Productions, tells the story of children in Masaka, Uganda who have lost parents to war, famine, and disease. It shows how these children find hope and healing through music and performance.

The Masaka Kids Africana troupe, founded in 2013 by Hassan Suuna, supports over 200 orphaned and vulnerable children. Their energetic dance videos went viral worldwide, and this documentary aims to go beyond those clips, offering a deeper, intimate look at their journey toward resilience and joy.
