Sherrie Silver, the internationally acclaimed Rwandan choreographer, has announced the return of The Silver Gala—this time with fresh energy and expanded vision. Inspired by her experience at the MET Gala, she’s committed to creating an event that blends glamour, African culture, and giving back.
The first Silver Gala lit up Kigali’s Convention Centre in September 2024, featuring top performers like The Ben, Alyn Sano, Element, and Runtown. Guests included creatives and leaders such as Masai Ujiri, Fred Swaniker, and Miss Naomie.
This year’s edition promises to be even more extraordinary. Sherrie says she’ll soon reveal the date and venue—and this time, it will be notably different from the first.
